Suikoden II 0.1.0 — setup package
Platform: linux-x64

One zip for first install and updates. Does NOT include disc images, retail
BIOS dumps, pre-generated game C, or a bundled build-tool pack. Emitters
(psxrecomp-game / psxrecomp-bios) and the CLI are inside psxrecomp/.
Standalone:
1. Install CMake, Ninja, Python 3, and a C/C++ compiler with your system
   package manager.
2. Make sure cmake, ninja, python3, and either clang/clang++ or gcc/g++ are
   available on PATH.
3. Run Suikoden_II.
4. Provide your legally owned Suikoden II (USA) disc and your own legally dumped SCPH1001 BIOS image (required; OpenBIOS is not supported by this title).
5. Follow the Generate & rebuild wizard. The host checks the native build
   tools before it continues.

Retro uses this same zip. It uses the same native build tools and preserves
saves/user config across updates.

Diagnostic mode (if the game crashes, freezes, or misbehaves):
- Setup builds two products: build-release/ (normal, the default) and
build-diagnostic/ (debug server, freeze heartbeat, freeze dumps).
- To switch, create an empty file named diagnostic-mode.txt next to
Suikoden_II and start the game as usual (or run Suikoden_II --diagnostic).
Delete the file to go back to normal mode.
- Reproduce the problem, quit, then run Suikoden_II --collect-diagnostics.
It writes diagnostics-<date>.zip next to Suikoden_II: attach that file to
a GitHub issue on this title's repository. It contains only the runtime's
report files (never saves, BIOS, or disc images).
See psxrecomp/docs/DIAGNOSTIC_MODE.md for details.
