DKR-R builds the decoder library, not the xdelta command-line program.
The upstream files are unchanged. A project-owned build-time redirection
of lzma_stream_decoder applies a 64 MiB secondary-decoder memory limit.
The encoder, external decompression commands and FGK are disabled.

Only liblzma is linked. XZ command-line tools and scripts are not distributed.

Hashing uses the existing Mbed TLS SHA-256 implementation. Both providers
are unmodified. Mbed TLS's complete licenses are in MBEDTLS-LICENSE.txt.

No user-supplied ROM, patch, track, texture, character or extracted game
asset is included in DKR-R packages. Importing a patch does not grant
permission to redistribute its contents or the underlying game assets.
